ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

.SYNOPSIS...
AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO ALLOW FOR
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT.

.PRIMARY HAZARDS...
ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL OF NORTH AND
CENTRAL GEORGIA MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE MAIN THREATS
WITH ANY STORM DEVELOPMENT WILL BE LARGE HAIL UP TO GOLFBALL SIZE...STRONG
WINDS... AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.

.DISCUSSION...
THE COMBINATION OF THE UPPER LEVEL LOW WITH FORECAST CAPE VALUES
OF NEAR 1500 J/KG AND WEAK VERTICAL WIND SHEAR WILL LEAD TO THE
DEVELOPMENT OF ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
